Additionally, we prepare Preliminary Risk Assessments (APR), outlining the activities to be performed and their inherent risks. We prioritize Quality and adherence to the executed project, maintaining a library of designs and conducting regular technical reviews to compare the planned versus the actual execution, rectifying any deviations promptly.

We safeguard the Capital Invested in the construction process, appointing a storekeeper to oversee both open storage (storage of modules, inverters, cables, etc.) and closed storage, where we manage smaller parts and machineries for the project.

We monitor Project Progress through the visualization of the S-Curve, promptly preparing a recovery plan at the slightest deviation, whether punctual or cumulative, and rigorously following it, while keeping our clients informed of our progress and any potential adjustments along the way.

Lastly, we apply the most cutting-edge construction concepts, leveraging modern machinery to maximize worksite productivity. We integrate state-of-the-art technology solutions both during the DC and AC assembly phases and in subsequent commissioning and monitoring platforms.
